Our offices currently file the following insurance plans:

We also offer a courtesy discount for AAA & AARP members. A valid membership card must be presented at the time of your visit to receive the discount and may not be combined with other insurance or offers.

If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Payment is expected when services are rendered and may be paid by Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
